Lube Tech Kit
Digital acoustic lubrication (AVM™) is the best tool for
conditioned based lubrication programs. The 170M is not a simple "listen-only"
instrument. It combines hearing with digital metering.
This kit combines accuracy, versatility, and
affordability.
The 170M Lube Tech kit is configured with the accessories
to do the job right. The Acoustic Grease Gun Adaptor works in
combination with the Broadband Lube Sensor for
accurate re-greasing. Lube Techs hear the grease the moment it reaches
the bearing. The digital dBµV measurement decreases live
on-screen as the bearing is properly lubed.
The 170M is the first level data
collection for the 170 detector. The 1000pt memory is
generic and non-transferable. An upgrade to
170M+ permits data upload to .txt and .xls file
format. An upgrade to
170MD gives full data base control including
PC-based route creation, download one or more routes to
handheld, upload data to PC for trending, alarming, and
tracking.
