SDT 170M Steam Inspector
Kit The SDT170M
Digital
Steam Inspector Kit provides maximum access and
safety while inspecting high temperature steam systems. A high sensitive
airborne sensor is inside the 170M robust housing. The Contact
Sensor can withstand high temperatures and is placed directly on a trap for the duration of the cycle time.
The Inspacto 550 Temp Gun interfaces
directly with the SDT 170M to measure and log
temperature readings from the steam system. Digital decibel metering provides inspectors with a means
to compare and trend upstream and downstream from of the trap to help isolate faults.
The 170M is the first level data collection for the 170
detector. The 1000pt memory is generic and
non-transferable. An upgrade to
170M+ permits data upload to .txt and .xls file
format. An upgrade to
170MD gives full data base control including
PC-based route creation, download one or more routes to
handheld, upload data to PC for trending, alarming, and
tracking.
