SDT 170M
Tightness Inspector
Ultrasonically testing a volume for tightness is used widely in the
automotive industry for pinpointing wind noise and water leaks.
The SDT170M Tightness Testing Kit is configured with the necessary
accessories to outfit assembly line inspectors. The SDT08 Multi
Transmitter can fill a volume up to 60,000 cubic meters making it ideal
for testing cars, trucks, buses, trains, planes, and even the hold of
the largest ocean freighter. Also inspect clean rooms in
hospitals, zero oxygen rooms for fruit storage, and building envelope
integrity.
The 170M is the first level data collection for the 170
detector. The 1000pt memory is generic and
non-transferable. An upgrade to
170M+ permits data upload to .txt and .xls file
format. An upgrade to
170MD gives full data base control including
PC-based route creation, download one or more routes to
handheld, upload data to PC for trending, alarming, and
tracking. Upgrade to 170M+ and
MD for data logging and multi-functional sensor options
or
Sherlog TA for Marine Classification Specifications.
